A moon carrot (Seseli libanotis) is a rare plant that grows at Knocking Hoe SSSI in the Chilterns near Pegsdon.

Citroen AK400 Restoration

Colin began restoring a Citroen AK400 van in 2001 and completed it in 2004. The website is a complete photographic record of the restoration.

Otterblog

Colin's next project was the restoration of a wooden boat started in 2006 and completed the following year. Otterblog is a photographic (and video) record of a Drascombe Longboat being rescued and rebuilt..

Wooden Drascombes

Having got interested in wooden Drascombes, Colin has compiled a register of nearly 100 of them along with details of the builders.

Clophill History

Over the winter of 2005/2006 Colin transcribed the census records for Clophill for the years 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891 and 1901. He than analysed them to study the trends in such things as given names and occupations. The website shows the results.

The site is being expanded to include more on the history of Clophill.
